If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of our plants, or feel we have shipped to you the incorrect plant(s), you may return them within 5 days of receipt. You will receive a refund for the plant value and that portion of your order shipping charge. For early spring orders and plants shipped with leaves trimmed, we extend the return time for "incorrect plant" - 30 days from receipt. For fastest service, please contact us prior to returning any plants so we can expedite your claim.
All our plants are certified to be pest and disease free.
Carrier Damage: We make every effort to pack your order securely. However, we cannot be held responsible for carrier damage, delay, or loss. Any claims of this nature must be made with the carrier. We can assist you with the necessary documents. Please contact us immediately if you feel you have a carrier claim.

Singletree Farm is a privately owned mail order company specializing in the plant hosta. Our primary focus is growing. We do not have a retail outlet for plant purchase or pickup. While visiting with hosta enthusiasts and exchanging ideas would be enjoyable, that is not possible either. Our goal is to provide to the customer a superior plant at reasonable prices. Keeping our overhead to a minimum is a part of this equation.
