Pre-Season orders:
Ordering early reserves your stock. It is important you provide a requested ship week. Most customers prefer their order arrive after or near last frost date. It is impossible for us to know the last frost date for all areas. You must provide a date. Orders listed as ASAP will be shipped as soon as plants emerge and shipping begins.

As personal schedules and/or weather are sometimes unpredictable, we make every effort to work with changes in requested shipping week. Please give a minimum of one week notice on all changes.

Carriers:
UPS or FedEx Ground and US Priority Mail
Please review the rate chart for the carrier to your state. We may as schedules dictate change the carrier listed. We notify by Email if the listed carrier is changed. Changes by us will not effect your rate.

When you provide destination information, it is IMPORTANT you provide shipping information suitable for both UPS or FedEx Ground and Priority Mail. Please note all differences.

Shipping by UPS or FedEx Ground:
Ground carriers WILL NOT deliver to a Post Office Box.

Carriers charge per shipping carton for address corrections. If you have provided inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, this charge will be billed to you.

Shipping address tips: House number, street name, and the distinction of Rd. St. Ave. Lane, etc. are all part of the delivery address. If your delivery address is on a highway or route, highway number,etc as well as your box number must be provided. Please note the zipcode you provide.

Communication concerning your order:
Please provide your E mail address if available when ordering. This helps us communicate with you concerning your order. We notify you when we ship and if there are any questions/problems with your order or delays. If Email communication is not available, we will communicate by US Mail.

We ship bareroot only. This method reduces shipping costs to you and prevents delays with any destination inspections. Your plant roots are packed in moist peat moss in plastic bags. Roots arrive to you moist and viable.

Shipping Rates:
Based on destination and # plants ordered. If ordering collection(s), please include number of plants in your count. If ordering Online, the shopping cart will automatically count your plants. You now have two rates to choose from for your destination - Economy and Standard. Please review before choosing.

When your order arrives:
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Please communicate any problems with your order to us within 5 days of receipt.
We enclose a Planting and Maintenance Guide with your shipment and contact information if you have questions or concerns.
